What’s your mission statement and how does working with Flex align?
My philosophy is simple: clients come first. My team and I pledge to be in constant communication with our clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying and selling process. I believe if you are not left with an amazing experience, we haven’t done our job. We don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of clients.
Why do you work at Flex Office Space?
Flex Office Space makes my life easier. It’s right around the corner from my house and affordable. It’s a place outside of my home where I can think, strategize and grow my business. I find it’s important to differentiate my home and work space to give me a sense of balance in life.
What does a typical day look like for you?
In the morning I arrive at the office and handle all my lead generation inquiries for buyers and sellers of homes in the DC, VA and MD real estate market. Having this set-up assures I get a lot of my admin done before I am on the road with clients showing properties. By the afternoon, I am with clients helping them find the perfect home or spending time listing client’s homes on the market. For me this seems to work best to stay organized and aligns with individuals work schedules best.
What are you most proud of?
I pride myself in writing offers and negotiating offer to get my clients the best possible deal. I also believe in providing a concierge level of service. Referrals are the best leads and it’s important to stay committed.
What tips and routines can you share that help you stay on top of your business goals?
If it isn’t on your calendar, it doesn’t exist and will never get done. Stay organized by finding office space outside of your home and being diligent about scheduling your day.
What challenges do you face in your business?
The lag in lead generation. It typically takes 2-3 months to close a sale with a lead. In the winter it can take up to 6 months as the market is slower. It’s crucial for to plan accordingly and stay organized with all prospects.
What do you love about FOS?
The convenience. The location is perfect with all the conveniences in walking distance. Furthermore, the office is fully serviced with printers, fax, coffee machines, snacks, water etc. I also get the benefit of great staff and coworkers to share idea with which is invaluable.
